RETURN POLICY

Step 1 Contact us

      Within a few days of receiving the product, Please reach out to our customer support to initiate a return service.Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.

Step 2 Return Request Form

      After all details confirmed with sales a download link for the return request form will be provided to you.Please download and print it out and fill out the form put it in the return package.

Step 3 Return Address

      Our customer support will share the corresponding return address with you within working hours. Please do not mail back to the original address.

Step 4 Return Shipping Method

      Recommend to use Registered Mail or EMS(ordinary Postal Mail system) to return the parcel, and please only send the items back to the shipping address our Customer Service provides. Due to strict custom reason we may have chance cannot get the returned parcel with some methods.
